Refund Policy

Full-Service Credit Repair Clients – By Law we are required to offer full service refunds within 72 hours of Sign Up. While we do perform first work immediately, including onboarding clients into our system, assessing every clients particular needs, and creating dispute letters, dispute letters will not be mailed out on your behalf until the 72 hours is complete. After the 72 hours, no refunds will be processed. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees. Cancel at anytime to discontinue services and you will not be charged further. Feel free to pause services at anytime via email and come back with no enrollment fee (only the monthly fee will apply)

 

 

For letters sold on the bigcreditdreams.com website, our refund policy is 1 business day. If you have trouble locating the download, check your spam then email support@bigcreditdreams.com and we will send another copy.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 

Frequently check your bank account for any refunds that have been processed as they may take several business days.
 

If after several business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bigcreditdreams.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items (including DIY Kits and letters) may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
